01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8k8 4 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8k8 4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at 8k8-4.com and any associated mobile applications.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8k8 4 platform. You are solely responsible for:

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k8 4 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8k8 4 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

By making a deposit on 8k8 4, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method being used. 8k8 4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.

Key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

8k8 4 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration outside of the wagering requirement process.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8k8 4 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 8k8 4, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All game outcomes on 8k8 4 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. 8k8 4 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is inherent in the game design and is not altered by 8k8 4.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 8k8 4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8 4 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 8k8 4 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 8k8 4 platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 8k8 4 software or game.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8 4 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 8k8 4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k8 4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8k8 4 platform without the prior written consent of 8k8 4.

09 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8 4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

8k8 4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8 4 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

11 Termination

8k8 4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8k8 4 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
